By using the Lumina Pornz platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
2. User Content & Profiles
Users and creators are responsible for their own content and profiles. We do not tolerate illegal content, harassment, or non-consensual sharing. Lumina reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these safety standards.
3. Payments & Billing
Some features of Lumina Pornz are premium. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely under the Lumina platform agreement. Refunds are subject to our specific billing policies.
4. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Lumina a non-exclusive license to stream and distribute it through the platform according to your settings.
5. Liability
Lumina is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any indirect damages that may occur through your use of the service.
